These Terms and Conditions govern orders placed with Sofas At Cost and use of sofasatcost.com. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to these terms.
Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors and finishes may appear different because of lighting, photography, natural material variations, and screen settings. Dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Products are subject to availability. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or if information needs to be confirmed before delivery. You may cancel an order before delivery without charge.
Prices and Taxes
Prices shown on the website include applicable sales tax unless the page clearly states otherwise. Prices may change before an order is confirmed. A confirmed order will use the price communicated for that order.
Orders
Submitting an order through the website or by telephone is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm the product, delivery address, telephone number, delivery date, and other order details.
We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information is incorrect or incomplete, delivery cannot be arranged safely, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel before delivery, no payment is due.
Delivery
Local deliveries are scheduled on Saturdays. Our standard delivery fee is $60 per order within our Sacramento-area service zone. Delivery dates and windows are estimates and must be confirmed.
A responsible adult must be present. Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and other entry points and for arranging safe access to the property.

Inspection and Payment
You may inspect the furniture in your home before paying. If you decline it at delivery, you will not be charged for the furniture or the delivery fee.
If you accept the furniture, payment is due at delivery by cash, Zelle, or credit card. Credit card payments have a 2.6% surcharge, calculated by Square at delivery. Debit cards are not surcharged. The purchase becomes final after inspection, acceptance, and payment, subject to our policy for qualifying damage or defects and any rights available under applicable law.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Accepted purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind after acceptance and payment. Qualifying damage or defects reported within 14 calendar days of delivery may be eligible for an exchange.

Website Use
You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and communication with Sofas At Cost. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse ordering features, or copy website content for commercial use without permission.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Sofas At Cost is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our website, products, services, or business practices change. The revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Terms in effect when an order is confirmed will apply to that order.
